To monitor the service you receive from our members and to improve our customer service, you may be asked to provide us feedback about what was your experience! Moreover, we can look over whether the tradesperson fulfilled our high standards of service or not! In addition, other customers can find best option for them because of your feedback.

The tradesperson can also ask you to provide feedback through review and star rating process at Bornskilled platform.

We will ask you to provide following information to ensure that we receive fair and genuine reviews like: your name, postcode, email address, contact number and information about the work/service performed. These reviews will be published on our website. Any inappropriate review could be removed at any time and tradesperson can review the reviews all the time unless it is removed after reported.

Born skilled may provide a copy of any review, upon request from the appropriate tradesperson.

Born skilled share your information to a limited number of third parties for the following reasons:

Tradesperson will contact you when you request a quote for specific service and it will be your contact information, the specification of work you require, which will be used by the tradesperson to contact you. However, this will be done with your consent based on the information provided. The tradesperson will use this information to contact you.

The third party links on our website may direct you to their websites. We clearly announce that we are not responsible for the accuracy/content on those third party websites. If something happened that is not right, then we are not liable for any damage or loss. Therefore, review their policies and practices before engaging in any transaction or contact with the third party websites. All complaints regarding those websites should be directed to them.

If you are not satisfied with the service and want to make a claim, we will ask you for the following personal information: your name, full address and proof of address, email address, contact number, reviews, and details of the work performed by the tradesperson, all the copies of the correspondence or recordings of the contact with tradesperson. We may ask you for the photographs of the work performed by the tradesperson, proof of payment or any other information to initiate the claim.

To examine properly, we may use our phone logs and website data to ensure that the job began through contacting to the tradesperson via Bornskilled. We may arrange an inspection visit as well to get more detailed investigation and your personal information will be shared with that commission who will prepare the report.

If you request Bornskilled via our website asking a tradesperson to contact you, we will retain some of your personal information that you provide. We may ask you to provide feedback to improve our service and also about the service you received by our tradesperson. You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don’t want to receive such promotional materials or communications you may opt-out receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication (e.g. following the unsubscribe instructions within the email ) We will not share your personal information with third party websites outside Bornskilled for marketing purposes.
